Following a series of major updates to this nautical gem, the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina partnered with Accommovision to produce a full video tour of their waterfront resort property. Among the notable improvements are the Intracoastal Ballroom, featuring 5,088 sq. ft. of elegant meeting space, as well as Olive & Sea, the rooftop restaurant with a panoramic view of the Intracoastal Waterway.
STRATEGY
Situated in the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s boating scene, the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina wanted to highlight their nautical themes while reminding viewers of their proximity to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Port Everglades, and Fort Lauderdale Beach. To achieve this, we crafted a straightforward walkthrough that whisks viewers through the abundant amenities offered by this uniquely nautical resort. In addition, the marketing team chose to purchase a small Video Archive for use in future promotions and social media posts.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
Our production team shot the entire resort over the course of six shooting days – including four room types, two ballrooms, and an abundance of guest amenities. Foregoing the use of professional actors or models, the Hilton marketing team wanted us to showcase the resort from the guest’s point of view. Storyboarding was of the utmost importance if we were going to fit all of the hotel amenities and local attractions into a 2-minute runtime.
HOTEL OVERVIEW
This video covers nearly everything the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina has to offer in just under two minutes. Less than a mile from Port Everglades and with easy access to Fort Lauderdale Beach, this luxurious oasis is the perfect base for a sunny South Florida getaway.
