STRATEGY
FCI Residential has partnered with Accommovision to showcase their entire portfolio of luxury apartment communities across Florida. At each property, we capture a wide array of promotional video and photo content for use in FCI Residential‘s websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
FCI Residential reached out to us during the construction phase to create a full package of compelling marketing visuals that could take them all the way from pre-leasing to grand opening and beyond. To this end, we crafted a custom proposal to produce photo and video marketing content across three phases of development: pre-leasing, grand opening, and full operations.
PRE-LEASING PROMOTIONS
Despite the buildings still being under construction, we crafted a visually-engaging series of short videos that showcased the future living experience – highlighting key amenities, design features, and the property’s central location. In addition to custom infographics, we delivered a series of logo and map animations, as well as short videos featuring architectural renderings and local area footage to inspire future residents.
GRAND OPENING PROMOTIONS
To mark the building’s completion, FCI Residential held a pair of exclusive events to celebrate the official opening of this luxe apartment community – a Ribbon Cutting for local partners and a Grand Opening Party for new residents and their guests. Each event featured live entertainment, gourmet catering, and exclusive tours of the finished spaces. Our videos showcased the vibrant atmosphere and sumptuous details to extend the event’s impact on social media well beyond the day itself.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW
This video offers a detailed tour of life at The Fitzgerald Camino Real including apartments, common areas, and nearby shopping districts. Throughout the video, we follow several model residents as they enjoy the life-enhancing amenities found on property. The presentation is rounded out with a variety of neighborhood shots showcasing Boca Raton and the sun-kissed outdoor attractions that make this one of South Florida’s best beachside towns.
MODEL UNIT TOUR
This video takes future residents through a detailed walking tour of the model unit. Smooth walking shots are combined with carefully chosen details to give viewers the most complete possible impression of this beautiful living space without actually visiting in person.
PHOTOGRAPHY
We shot a full set of exterior and interior photos for this property, allowing our client to select a finished set of 50 images from over 200 original shots. The final edited photo set features on the The Fitzgerald Camino Real website and across their social media platforms.
